It was a bit of a rough start to this holiday season. We are still missing our furry little pup just so much. I don't know quite how to even write about the tragedy that occurred in CT, I can't imagine the depth of the grief.
I am feeling so much gratitute for all that I have though, and I am feeling a lot of hope these days. We have been decorating trees, hanging a lot of sparkly lights, wrapping presents, and drinking a lot of eggnog. We are packing up for a short trip home to celebrate Christmas. I am looking forward to family time.
